Patricia Nyombi

Patricia Nyombi is the Managing Partner of Nyombi & Company Advocates, a role she has held since 2018 following the passing of the former Managing Partner, Hon.Peter Nyombi SC. With a robust academic background, including an LLM in Corporate Governance / GRAD ICSA from The University of Portsmouth, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Law Development Centre, and an LLB(Hons) from Makerere University, Patricia brings extensive expertise to her leadership. She has a wealth of experience in corporate governance, NGO registration and compliance, adoption and legal guardianship, immigration, estate planning, regulatory compliance, employment law, and land transactions.Recognized for her strategic insight and dedication to client - focused legal solutions, Patricia serves a diverse clientele, including businesses, non - governmental organizations, and individuals.
